Welcome Ministry

Who We Are

Specific Roles

Greeters

As a greeter, you will welcome people into the church with a smile and a handshake. You may also hand out bulletins.

Ushers

As an usher, your role is to help our members and guests find seats in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings. You may also help with taking up the offering.

At Sardis, we are all about loving Jesus, serving others, and reaching the world. As a member of the Welcome Team, you are helping to fulfill this mission by sharing a smile and a hello as members and guests enter the church building.

This ministry is vital to our church environment. As we serve others, we show that we love Jesus. As we show others that we love Jesus, we are reaching the world. Contact the church office to find out how to get involved.

When/Where to Meet

The Welcome Team meets at 9:00am on Sunday mornings at the front door of the sanctuary.
